Little Bolide SARL provides website functionality and other products and services when you visit or shop at the littlebolide.com website (the "Website"). Little Bolide provides the Little Bolide Services subject to the conditions set forth on this page.
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products between Little Bolide SARL and you. Additionally, when you use a Little Bolide Service (such as Your Profile, Vouchers, loyalty points, Credits), you are also subject to the terms, guidelines, and conditions applicable to that Little Bolide Service (the "Service Terms"). If these General Terms and Conditions conflict with the Service Terms, the Service Terms shall prevail.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Little Bolide SARL. By ordering with Little Bolide SARL, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
HOW TO ORDER
If you wish to purchase one or more product(s) featured on the Website, you must select each product you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. Once you have selected all the products you want to buy, you can confirm the contents of your cart and proceed to checkout.
At this stage, you will be redirected to a page summarizing the details of the products you have selected, their prices, and the delivery fees. Click on the "Checkout" button. You will then need to choose your shipping address and click "Checkout" again. Next, you will need to select the delivery options and shipping methods, then click on the "Checkout" button once more. You will then need to choose the payment method that suits you best and follow the instructions provided on the screen according to the selected payment method.
On this page, you will find the "I confirm my order" button. You must click on this button to confirm and place your order.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message. We will inform you when your items have been shipped. However, you still have the option to modify your order until the date of shipment of your items.
You agree to receive invoices for your purchases electronically. Electronic invoices will be available to you in .pdf format in the "My Account" section on our Website. To receive a paper copy, please contact us via email ([email protected]) or through our Hotline at 0890.710.721 (0.25cts/min).
RETENTION OF TITLE
The products delivered remain the property of Little Bolide until they are handed over to the carrier.
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you may withdraw from your order without giving any reason within a period of 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically take possession of the purchased goods (or of the last item, lot, or piece if the contract relates to the delivery of multiple goods or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately).
You must notify us (Little Bolide SARL, 17 Rue Panhard et Levassor, ZA des Cettons, 78570, Chanteloup les Vignes, France) of your decision to withdraw from your order. You can submit your request by email ([email protected]) or via our Hotline 0890.710.721 (0.25cts/min), or by mail.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires and to return your product to the following address:

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
We will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the receipt of your request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means. In any case, this refund will not incur any additional costs for you. We may defer the refund until we have received the product(s) or until you have provided evidence of shipment of the product(s), whichever is the earliest. If the refund occurs after the deadline mentioned above, the amount due to you will be automatically increased.
Please note that you must return the product(s) following the instructions available from our online returns center no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal decision.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the product(s). You will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the product(s) resulting from handling (other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product(s)).
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, Little Bolide offers the following return policy:
All products from the Little Bolide website can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the products by Little Bolide if the products are complete and in new and unused condition.
If you return a product(s) in accordance with our return policy, we will refund the price you paid but not the delivery charges of your initial purchase. Similarly, the risks associated with transportation and the cost of return delivery will be at your expense. This return policy does not affect your rights recognized by law, including your legal right of withdrawal described above.
PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are inclusive of French taxes (French VAT and other applicable taxes) unless otherwise stated.
We display the availability of the products we sell on the Website on each product page. We cannot provide more precise information regarding the availability of products than what is indicated on said page or elsewhere on the Website. When processing your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email using the address associated with your subscription or via the Communication Manager in Your account, if any products you have ordered are found to be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to proceed with an exchange for another item or a refund of the said product.
Despite all our efforts, a small number of products in our catalog may display an error in pricing. If it turns out that we have made an error in the price display, and the actual price is higher than the price displayed on the Website, we may contact you to ask if you would like to purchase the product at its actual price or if you prefer to cancel your order. If the actual price is lower than the displayed price, we will charge you the lower amount and send you the product.
DELIVERY
The user has the choice to have the items delivered:
- to their home
- to a different address than the billing address
Our deliveries are carried out by La Poste using the Colissimo Suivi service, by UPS depending on the order volume, or by Postal Parcel for international orders.
Little Bolide undertakes to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible. The average delivery times are 2/3 days for France, 3/5 days for Europe, and on a case-by-case basis for international orders, upon receipt of payment. Exceeding these times cannot result in the cancellation of the order or compensation for the customer.
Little Bolide cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery by its carrier.
To track your delivery, we will provide you with a tracking number on the day the package is dispatched, which you can enter on the carrier's website from the following day onwards. This website will inform you in real time of the position of your package in the delivery process:
- La Poste www.coliposte.net
- UPS www.ups.com
For shipping rates, please refer to the 'Delivery & Returns' page in the main menu.
The package is sent via Colissimo with an email notification of the tracking number. It is your responsibility to ensure its proper reception. If you do not receive it within 3 weeks from the shipping date, you must inform Little Bolide so that they can take the necessary steps with the carrier. After this date, no refund or new package can be requested from Little Bolide.
Orders are dispatched once complete. In the case of orders with models specified on the website as "pre-orders" or "orders pending replenishment," your shipment will be made upon the delivery of the last model awaiting receipt. If you wish to receive your available models separately, you need to place an order for these models "separately" from the models awaiting shipment.
For a partial shipment of available items on an incomplete order, the items being shipped or remaining to be shipped must meet the conditions for free shipping, namely, representing an amount equal to or greater than €99. If this is not the case, shipping costs will be charged at the applicable rate on the website, even for orders initially eligible for free shipping.
RETURNS
Little Bolide undertakes to refund or exchange defective or non-compliant products.
For this purpose, you have a period of 3 days (excluding holidays), upon receipt of the package, to send us an email detailing the problem in a very detailed manner (with a digital photo if possible).
At the time of product receipt, if you notice that the packaging is damaged, we encourage you to immediately check the product. Notify in writing on the delivery note (La Poste or UPS) any damages before acceptance.
You may only return the merchandise to us after our written agreement. The return costs will be refunded to you up to the amount of the invoiced shipping costs. This return must be made within 7 days following the delivery of the order.

We will use the same payment method that you used for your initial order, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any case, this refund will not incur any additional costs for you. PAYMENT METHODS
The user has the choice to pay for their purchases:
- Online, securely at checkout via PayPal or by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard).
- By bank transfer, once your order is placed, we will email you our bank details so you can make the transfer.
- By French bank cheque in Euros, by printing the order form and sending it by mail. The cheque should be made payable to Little Bolide SARL and sent to Little Bolide - 17 rue Panhard & Levassor - ZA des Cettons - 78570 Chanteloup les Vignes - France.
The Customer guarantees Little Bolide that they have any necessary permissions to use the credit card payment method when validating the order.
Data relating to the credit card is neither held nor retained by Little Bolide during or after payment.
Validation of the order using the credit card number and expiration date constitutes a mandate to pay the price stated on the invoice (including taxes and shipping charges) which the payment server transmits to the customer's credit institution.
Little Bolide takes all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the web.
All orders are payable in euros.
Any changes in applicable rates may be reflected in the prices of products. After this date, prices are subject to change at any time.
ABSENCE OF PAYMENT
In case of non-payment of the full amount, Little Bolide reserves the right to issue a formal notice or take legal action against the customer. All costs associated with such proceedings will be borne by the customer.
Little Bolide reserves the right to reclaim any materials in the event of non-payment.
The customer agrees to return any unpaid product in full to Little Bolide, with all associated costs at their expense, upon first request from Little Bolide.
SIGNATURES AND PROOFS
The online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the order shall constitute proof of the entirety of said order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000, and shall render the amounts committed by the entry of the items on the order form due for payment.
This validation constitutes a signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the website.
CUSTOMS
When ordering products from Little Bolide to be delivered outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package reaches the destination country. Any additional customs clearance fees will be your responsibility; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information. Additionally, please note that when you place an order on Little Bolide, you are considered the official importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the products. Your privacy is important to us, and we alert our international customers that cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities. All purchases delivered outside of the European Union will be invoiced excluding taxes.
OUR LIABILITY - WARRANTIES
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under the conditions of Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
With the exception of deliveries within France, we decline any responsibility in the event that the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the delivery country.
We undertake to take all customary care in the profession for the implementation of the service offered to the customer. However, our liability cannot be incurred in the event of delay or breach of our contractual obligations if the delay or breach is due to a cause beyond our control: fortuitous event or force majeure as defined by the applicable law.
The miniatures for sale on the Little Bolide website are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Some models may contain finely detailed corners or points.
For all steps of accessing the website, the ordering process, delivery, or post-sales services, Little Bolide has only an obligation of means. Little Bolide's liability cannot be incurred for any inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses, or any event qualified as force majeure, in accordance with jurisprudence.
APPLICABLE LAW
Any order automatically implies your acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts.
These provisions do not deprive members residing outside of France of the application of rules provided for in international conventions.

WAIVER
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, procedures, and terms and conditions, including these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, at any time. You are subject to the terms and conditions, procedures, and General Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time you order a product from us, unless a change to these terms and conditions, or the General Terms and Conditions of Sale is required by an administrative or governmental authority (in which case, this modification may apply to previous orders you have placed). If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, for any reason whatsoever, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
SERVICE OR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MODIFICATION
If you breach these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and we do not take action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you violate these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
MINORS
We do not sell products to minors. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may only use the Littlebolide.com website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
PERSONAL DATA
Little Bolide reserves the right to collect data about the user, particularly through the use of cookies.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Little Bolide website, whether visual or auditory, including underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents.
They are the exclusive property of Little Bolide. Users who have a personal website and wish to place a simple link directly to the homepage of the littlebolide.com website for personal use must obtain prior permission from Little Bolide.
COMPUTERS AND FREEDOMS
In accordance with Article 27 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the personal data provided by the customer may give rise to the exercise of the right of access and rectification with Little Bolide. This website is the subject of a declaration to the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
DURATION
These terms and conditions apply for the entire duration of the online availability of services offered by Little Bolide.
